چکیده

Stem and bulb nematode, Ditylenchus dipsaci (Kühn, 1857) (Tylenchida: Anguinidae) is one of the most damaging plant-parasitic nematodes damage legume crops such as chickpea. The aim study was to develop a protocol for in-vivo bioassay investigate D. interaction with Nine accessions wild domesticated Cicer spp. including three reticulatum Ladiz., echinospermum P.H.Davis arietinum L. (Fabales: Fabaceae) were used evaluate chickpea genotype resistance between 2019 2020 at Çukurova University, Nematology laboratory. incubation time inoculum density determined correlate size produced nematode population. It concluded that highest reproduction on carrot discs occurred 20 25°C 45-60 days an initial 100 per disc. Also, 300 growing 16 weeks best practice identify reaction genotypes . These methods provided quick screening studies in against observe information period time, temperature, density.

Factors Influencing Survival of Ditylenchus dipsaci (Kühn, 1857) in Soil.

Ditylenchus dipsaci larvae survived in soil without a host plant for at least 242 days when held at 15 C and 21 C. Larvae held at 15 C remained infective for 212 days. Moisture levels within both clayey and sandy soils did not appreciably affect recovery of larvae. Active nematodes recovered from soil are not necessarily infective. Temperatures of -12, 0 and 4 C had little adverse effect on lar...

cots in the family Commeliaceae. The basic morphology of these plants appears to favor root-knot nematode development in aboveground plant parts. Leaves of both plants develop in the crown near the soil; they are large, 20-30 cm long, and densely arranged so that nematodes on younger leaves are protected from direct solar irradiation. The dense pubescent foliage, especially the convoluted young...
